The hammer crusher is a kind of crushing equipment based on the core principle of high-speed impact. Widely applied in multiple industrial sectors such as building materials. Chemical engineering and electric power, it is specially designed for processing medium-hard. and brittle materials including limestone, coal and gypsum. With the advantages of large crushing ratio, high production capacity and uniform discharge size, it has become the core equipment for medium and fine crushing operations of materials.
Hammer Crusher: An Industrial Powerhouse for Crushing
Featuring a simple structure, the equipment mainly consists of a frame, a transmission device, a rotor and a screen plate. The core working component is the rotor with hammers. Driven by a motor, the rotor rotates at high speed, and the hammers impact the materials fed from the inlet under the action of centrifugal force, breaking them along natural cracks. After being impacted by the hammers, the materials collide with the impact plate for secondary crushing. Materials larger than the gap of the screen plate remain inside to be continuously impacted and ground until they meet the required size and are then discharged.
After years of development, the hammer crusher has evolved into various models such as single-rotor, double-rotor and reversible types, to adapt to different production needs. Nowadays, it is being upgraded towards the direction of intelligence, high wear resistance and low energy consumption. It can not only process conventional materials, but also be applied in solid waste treatment scenarios such as construction waste recycling, providing solid support for improving the quality and efficiency of industrial production.
